I often engage students and young employees on Twitter. It is amazing to me how many post their doubts and dreams on Twitter, and how many of them express impatience with high school and college. Many of them seem impatient to jump directly to having a home and family and career, and I believe that they risk missing out on the opportunities to develop the skills and experiences that they will need to make that future dream a reality.

Here are some unedited exchanges that I have had on Twitter. I have only posted those tweets where I have heard back from the source of the original tweet, or they have marked my reply as a Favorite, or have re-tweeted my message.
